Burrs

40 mm steel, conical burrs produce 1,5 - 2,5 grams of grounds per second. Virtuoso+stands out amongs other grinders because of its universal ground with decreased amount of fines. Perfect for all methods of brewing, from espresso to French Press.

Grind adjustment

Virtuoso+ offers 40 steps adjustment. A wide range of grind size options allows to brew delicious espressos as well as hand brews or pour overs like drip, aeropress or chemex

Speed control

The grinder speed was reduced to 550 RPM. This way, noise, static effect and heat was reduced.

Retention

Virtuoso+ reduceces the amount of coffee grounds left after grinding to maximise the freshness of coffee.


Design and operation

The grinder itself looks modern and it is compact, with metal and plastics elements. Thanks to its dimensions, Virtuoso+ is able to fit any kitchen counter or even the tightest coffeeshop's brew bar. The grinder has 40 seconds digital timer that allows for repeatable dozing.
