To make the perfect cup of coffee, you need well cared for and properly ground coffee, the right temperature and the right pressure throughout the brewing process. The heart of the Oracle professional espresso machine is the heating system with two stainless steel water heaters. A self-contained water heater with +/- 1 °C accuracy for making espresso coffee and a self-contained water heater for steam production, ensuring constant steam output. This allows you to prepare the perfect tasting espresso coffee and froth the milk at the optimum temperature at the same time. In addition, the steam head is equipped with a heating unit that ensures a stable temperature throughout the system from the start to the end of the coffee brewing process. The built-in conical grinder with metal stones automatically grinds, dispenses and tampers 22 grams of coffee for a double taste bomb.

A pressure relief valve is standard on almost all professional coffee machines. The Sage the Oracle professional espresso machine is no exception. This totally commercial item sets the maximum pressure throughout the brewing process. This avoids the bitter taste of coffee, which can be caused by the absence of a pressure relief valve, as the coffee burns in the filter. Another function of the pressure relief valve is the so-called low pressure pre-steaming. Thanks to this function, the pressure is gradually increased, so that it is evenly distributed over the surface of the coffee in the filter, to ensure that the coffee is brewed as evenly as possible.
