It is equipped with a new LCD display that is so transparent that it allows you to fine-tune the grinder (up to 30 coffee strength levels); it now also allows you to set a higher water temperature for extracting coffee. Electronic PID temperature control system
Your perfect espresso is the result of a combination of several factors - freshly ground coffee, properly compressed coffee, the right pressure and last but not least the water temperature. Temperature fluctuations during extraction result in loss of foam and the resulting coffee loses its beautiful colour in a matter of seconds. The Sage SES878 espresso machine has innovative temperature control technology that works throughout the extraction process. The electronic PID system locks the temperature at +/- 2°C throughout the extraction process and ensures continuous temperature stability.

Additional functions and features of the product help you to prepare the perfect coffee. The RazorTM coffee adjustment device accurately adjusts the dose of ground coffee; the pressure gauge suggests the ideal pressure for extracted coffee; the Thermocoil heating system regulates the water temperature; the dry coffee function helps remove coffee sediment from the filter with minimal water; a lifetime experience.
