OPERATION

The grinder operates in continuous, manual mode. A button located on the side of the device starts and stops the grinding process.


GRINDING

The grinder is designed for grinding coffee for pour-over brewing methods. The grind size is adjusted using a convenient stepless dial with numerical markings. The grinding is performed by a flat burr (latest version) made of hardened steel, with a diameter of 50 mm. The grinding speed is approximately 1.5 - 2.1 g/s.


CONSTRUCTION

The Mignon also boasts an excellent, eye-catching industrial design. The body is solid, well-fitted, and made of metal. The hopper has a capacity of 150 grams.
